In celebration of the Alzheimer’s Association’s Longest Day, Bon Secours is helping them teach the Richmond community how to love your brain.
Do you know the 10 things that you can do at any age to promote brain health? More importantly, do you know how to get started doing those things in Richmond?
Come out and ask a neurologist or a neuroscientist about how your brain works well, and what can go wrong with it. Listen to experts on the brain talk about what you should be eating, how you can get better sleep, and how you can address your stress. Get your kids into an ambulance to learn about how to keep their brains safe, and why it matters.
This event is free, but donations will be collected to support the Great Richmond Alzheimer’s Association so they can continue to offer community education and support like this event.
